Planner/ Day-of-coordinator:

5 hours of consultation in person or phone to discuss customer's vision, expectation & planning.
Unlimited email & phone call (within reasonable hours). Any phone calls that are more than 15 mins will be counted toward the 5 hours consultation time.
Development of detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for vendors, helpers & bridal party.
Follow-up phone call to all contracted vendors a week before the wedding day.
1 - 2 hours of coordination and assistance at wedding rehearsal.
On-site management and supervision at the ceremony site and during reception for up to 10 hours on the day of the wedding.
Provide vendor recommendations.
