Located in South Everett is a great little Dance Fitness Studio run by Rosie Hardy. She's a former SeaGal and has tons of spunk and energy. Perfect fit for a person whipping you into shape.

The studio is spacious area with vibrant red and sherbert colored walls. I showed up with all of my lights. But used only my alien bees Einstein and Canon 580ex Mii to light most of shots.

The room was relatively dark so my lights played a key role as one of the only sources of light. I also wanted to capture some actions shots as well some dramatic "corporate" poses to show that she was the "boss".

I used the Einstein as the mainlight and the 580ex as a rim light to create the dramatic cross light affect. A few retouches in Bridge and Photoshop and Voila.
