Seattle is such an urban city that sometimes we forget that there's a whole other life just a stones throw away, a country life. About 40 miles south of Seattle, which is a bit more than a stones throw, actually about 1 gallon's worth of gas in a hybrid car, or $4 or a happy meal or 2gb thumbdrive...

Nestled next to Lake Tapps is this amazing property with expansive tall grass, my fav..., large barn full of straw, kids playing, and loud dirt bikes. Talk about a huge contrast to the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Adam and Kayla were married last year, 8-28-10. And this shoot can be considered their anniversary shoot. I was more than excited to work with them again.
